Cocktail Style Canapé Event
A two hour plus event for those casual after work drinks or hosted client shout!
Just a general catch up, or a great chance to network within the business, this fully hosted cocktail event is an ideal option and includes everything you need to entertain your guests or clients, with either a formal or casual element to suit your occasion.
The following ‘cocktail package’ option is ideal for all networking and client entertainment including product launches, evening seminars and end of year drinks.
Our standard ‘2 hour event’ starts from $29.00pp excl gst. | excluding refreshments
Pre-function set up with table at entrance, projector slideshow etc from your computer, signage put up.
Guests arrival - greet guests with your name tags etc
Included canapés served to guests by Orlando staff
Driving range balls and clubs supplied by Orlando for evening events after 5:00pm (1 x 70 ball buckets per 20 guests)
Guests arrival + approx. 50 minutes = presentation speeches etc.
Next round of canapés until conclusion of menu service
We have No venue charge for numbers in excess of 50 guests providing no extra set up is required.

Our rule of thumb after the initial ‘standard 2 hours’ of cocktail service at $29.00pp is as follows:
You should budget to add an extra $10 per person + gst, per hour to the standard ‘2 hour event’.
Includes continued canapé service to guests eg: sliders etc during the 3rd hour
No venue charge for numbers in excess of 50 guests dependent on set up requirements
The following is an example of a 2, 3, 4 and 5 hour cocktail (more of a ‘party’)
2 hour cocktail $29.00pp + gst
3 hour cocktail $39.00pp + gst
4 hour cocktail $49.00pp + gst (limited canapé service)
5 hour cocktail $59.00pp + gst (includes tea / coffee service)
