Cocktail Style Canapé Event

A two hour plus event for those casual after work drinks or hosted client shout!

Just a general catch up, or a great chance to network within the business, this fully hosted cocktail event is an ideal option and includes everything you need to entertain your guests or clients, with either a formal or casual element to suit your occasion. 

The following ‘cocktail package’ option is ideal for all networking and client entertainment including product launches, evening seminars and end of year drinks.


Our long bar area extending out large double sliding doors to the outdoor veranda, onto the driving range is the perfect spot for mingling!

With the events room directly off the bar, wooden trestle tables, bar leaners and wine barrels provided this makes a great theme for you event.


AV, projector and screen, microphone, music and staging are all available to hire should you wish to show a slideshow with photos or a childhood memory video.


The below pricing and information is for a cocktail style event, with a pass-round menu served throughout your event.

Whats included?

  • Canapé service to guests by Orlando staff

  • ½ hour free pre-event set-up and packdown

  • Tables, chairs, leaners, wine barrels

  • Existing Lighting, festoons, fairy lights

  • Bar and wait staff greeting and looking after guests

  • A sectioned area on the veranda 

  • Range mat / golf clubs + 1 x 40 ball bucket of golf balls per 20 guests supplied by Orlando

  • Additional driving range balls available for purchase.

  • Management and co-ordination of your event, including two meetings with our functions coordinator, along with email correspondence.

  • Glassware, cutlery, crockery etc

  • No venue charge for numbers in excess of 50 guests providing no extra set up is required.
