Salt and pepper calamari served w pickled cucumber and a carrot salad, chilli oil w a wasabi mayonnaise

 

Smoked salmon with a beetroot & orange puree garnished with dukkah.
 

Braised beef short rib arancini, w goat cheese & a basil, tomato sauce.
 

Pulled pork croquettes with roasted cherry tomatoes, corn salsa and a honey mustard vinaigrette.

 

Orlando classic whole roasted pumpkin soup served with fresh herbs & coconut cream.

Thyme & garlic roasted chicken thighs on a potato mash,
with a wild mushroom sauce & fresh steamed vegetables.

 

Eight hour slow cooked lamb shoulder on a roasted garlic potato mash.
Served with fresh steamed vegetables, gremolata, parsnip crisps & a rich rosemary jus.

 

Medium rare scotch fillet with caramelised onion puree, battered onion rings,
herb & roasted garlic potato mash & fresh steamed vegetables.

Served with a cabernet infused jus.

 

Roasted chicken breast stuffed wrapped in bacon w a tarragon mousse and resting on a sweet potato mash.
