Front of House

Job Description:

This is for a full time position, we are currently looking for an experienced Front of House person to assist in the management, hosting and general “team member” duties such as bar, cafe and events etc.

As we operate 7 days we do need you to be available on a rotational basis for weekends and special events.

 

We require a person with both the ability to adapt to a variation of event requirements and also become part of a larger team that is renowned for all round excellence.

Full barista/bar experience is preferred to ensure your team member input.

Applicants must have or be:

  • An absolute passion to host people and be part of a team.

  • A willingness and patience to both learn from and teach others.

  • Pride in your appearance yet able to confirm to our conservative dress code.

  • Overall interest in the café /events style environment where you would both learn and be involved in the planning and hosting of current and future events with a commitment to successful outcomes.

  • The ability to be both part of and to further enhance a fun, all-inclusive environment, while working with both guests and fellow staff members.

  • The team player who is happy to join in and participate in all aspects of the business, from hosting to cleaning on any given day.

 

Other part and full time positions are also available for similar roles within the Orlando Country café and events business including event staff.
